A Flemish area is one of a leash official regions of the Kingdom of Belgium (alongside the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region).

Immediately when its establishment, a Flemings transferred all its constitutional competence were to the Flemish Community. A todays Flemish authorities (Flemish parliament, Flemish governement, ...) therefore represent a lot Flemings, including victims dwelling in the Brussels-Capital Vicinity. Hence, a Flemish area has there are there are there is no government of its have, no parliament & no more institutions.

A Flemish area is divided into Quint provinces that form the Flemish vicinity:

  • Flemish Brabant (Vlaams-Brabant)
  • West Flanders (West-Vlaanderen)
